Protocols for visit to Exhibition Hall


1. Do not touch the work of art as it may damage the surface of the painting.
2. Visitors should follow one-way paths or directions while viewing the exhibits.
3. Visitors not keeping good health are requested to wear mask during their visit inside the Exhibition Hall.
4. Running or pushing are not allowed in the Exhibition Hall. Kindly maintain an appropriate behaviour to avoid accidentally bumping into and damaging the works of art.
5. For security reasons umbrellas, pointers or sharp items, as well as packages and bags larger than 40 x 40 cms. are not permitted in the Exhibition Hall.
6. In case of organized groups consisting of more than 10 people, there should be one designated person responsible for the group.
7. We request you to keep your voice low in the Exhibition Hall so as not to bother the other visitors.
8. International visitors or visitors traveling to Nagpur from other parts of the country are requested to follow rules mentioned by the State Government.
9. In case of any discomfort or problem, kindly contact the authorities present in the Sanskritik Kendra.

Visitors Guidelines:

  • Visitors should come in a queue for the gatekeeper to scan the QR code. They should reach the gate at least 30 mins. in advance to complete the check-in formalities.
  • Cell Phone:
    Please respect other’s space and privacy by keeping your phone on silent mode and abstain from taking calls during the visit. In case of urgency, please step out to make or receive a call.
  • No Smoking:
    Smoking or chewing Tobacco is not permitted either in the Exhibition premises or in the complex of the Sanskritik Kendra.
  • Food and Drinks:
    No food, drinks or gum is permitted in the Exhibition Hall. (The Exhibition provides plenty of food for thought as well as a feast for the eyes!).
  • Photography: 
    Photography is strictly prohibited inside the Exhibition Hall.
  • Cleanliness:
    Please keep the vicinity of the Sanskritik Kendra clean by dropping any waste in the dustbin only. 
  • Facilities:
    Facilities as Wheel Chair, Drinking Water, Ramp for the disabled etc. are provided in the Sanskritik Kendra.
  • Washrooms:
    Visitors may use the Washroom present at the rear side of the building of the Sanskritik Kendra.
  • Polythene, Tobacco products, inflammable substances and pets are NOT ALLOWED inside the premises.
  • Visitors should take care of all their belongings.
  • Writing or scribbling on walls or causing damage to the artifacts is a punishable offence.
