• The amount once paid is "non-refundable" in any situation.
• Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. 
• The platform will be unable to process exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
• A ticket "cannot be modified". If you need additional tickets, please book them separately
• The booked ticket(s) is/are non-transferable and cannot be modified.
• Zipr is the ticketing partner for Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan and authorities reserve all the right to change/cancel the ticket(s) 
• If the ticket is not confirmed, a full refund except the service fee will be transferred in the same account from which the transaction was done within 5-7 business days. 
• If an amount got deducted from your bank account/ wallet, and you haven't received the QR ticket, please send us an email to [email protected]. We would investigate the case within 2 working days and assure you a full resolution.Do not touch the work of art as it may damage the surface of the painting.
• Visitors should follow one-way paths or directions while viewing the exhibits.
• Visitors not keeping good health are requested to wear mask during their visit inside the Exhibition Hall.
• Running or pushing are not allowed in the Exhibition Hall. Kindly maintain an appropriate behaviour to avoid accidentally bumping into and damaging the works of art.
• For security reasons umbrellas, pointers or sharp items, as well as packages and bags larger than 40 x 40 cms. are not permitted in the Exhibition Hall.
• In case of organized groups consisting of more than 10 people, there should be one designated person responsible for the group.
• We request you to keep your voice low in the Exhibition Hall so as not to bother the other visitors.
• International visitors or visitors traveling to Nagpur from other parts of the country are requested to follow rules mentioned by the State Government.
• In case of any discomfort or problem, kindly contact the authorities present in the Sanskritik Kendra.
